Best option in Slippery Rock|Recommended: YesThe staff is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It is one of the more affordable options in Slippery Rock but is still a very clean, well-maintained place. Management cares about the people who live here and parking is never a problem. My neighbors partied a lot with loud music and people, but that isn't the property's fault. The walls seem pretty thick and do a good job blocking out the everyday voices and sounds. Overall, I'd recommend Campus Side first to anyone looking around in Slippery Rock. I wish I had chosen to live there sooner than my senior year of college.
Quality place to live|Recommended: YesIt's not too far from campus, and it's not too expensive as long as you have your own furniture. The walls are awful thin, though
Nice place to live but can get noisy at times.|Recommended: YesIts not a party complex but there is a lot of pre-gaming that occurs, so Friday and Saturday between 8-11 its really noisy ad then when people come back around 1 or to its loud. I love how there is always a place to park that isn't too far away and I like how they send emails when packages arrive or when maintenance is done.
Well kept, clean, and cared for|Recommended: YesA small quiet place to live. it is perfect for those who do not want to deal with many parties and for those who would prefer to feel like they matter to their landlord. The people who work for campus side actually care about the quality of living for their tenants and treat you like you are a more than just a college kid.
Pretty Rad|Recommended: Yesits rad
Property, overall, is a great place that is cheaper near campus.|Recommended: YesI like living here a lot I like the area and the staff. They're very helpful and I never have problems with them It is a cheaper place so it may not be as fancy or extravagant as others but it's perfect for a college student wanting to live off campus for a cheaper price. There is a lot of parking options for residents as well. But the thing I dislike about parking is we have to pay for a visitor parking pass. And when the office is closed there is no way to get one. Personally, I feel we should get 1 visitor parking pass per resident when getting our parking passes and any more we have to pay for one. Otherwise we should be able to order them offline and the towing company be notified so the visitors do not get towed. If the office is closed or someone visits on the weekend with no way of getting a parking pass then they have to pay a lot of money just to get their car back. But besides the parking, I really like living at Campus Side
Great|Recommended: YesI like living in the single apartment 515 it is very quite. The apartment is clean as well which is a plus. I love living here, and would have lived here all 3 years if I knew about it
Great|Recommended: YesI would tell them that the location is fantastic, the building is quiet and very relaxing. I feel very safe and the people here are nice.
Friendly|Recommended: YesFriendly environment, friendly staff, decent amount of room in each apartment. The only complaint is a slight mold issue since the rooms aren't well ventilated.
Worth what you pay rent for, I have enjoyed my experience|Recommended: YesI would tell them that for what they pay in rent that this apartment is totally worth it. I have enjoyed my time here and that it is one of the best options for living arrangements
Best single apartment in slippery rock|Recommended: YesOverall great place to live.
A Great Place to Live|Recommended: YesCampus Side is a great balance of independence and safety. You can always get in contact with the staff if you need something, but they also respect the independence of their residents who are learning to live on their own. The apartments are always clean and up-to-date - I have never been dissatisfied with my experience here over the past two years.
Very nice apartment complex|Recommended: YesIt is a very nice place to stay. Quiet and reserved with very caring staff. Being able to bring your own furniture makes it fell more at home, especially if people are from a different area or even state.
